If there is something wrong with your pipe that you are used to, if the bag leaks or if something is broken, you have the possibility to send us your pipe for inspection or repair. But before you do so you should contact us by e-mail, maybe the problem can be solved by phone or via facebook/messenger.
Parcels sent to us must include a paper with the return address and with details of the complaint. The more exactly you describe the error, the faster we can process the process.
If the two-year warranty is still in effect, include the warranty card in the package. Send the pipe to us at your expense. You will not incur any further costs.
After the warranty period you have the possibility to order a service check in our shop. It includes a check of all system relevant parts of your redpipe, possible software updates and a cost estimate in case of a necessary repair.
If your return address is outside of Germany or outside of the European Union, it is essential that you include the note "back for repair" on the shipping documents. Also do not send it with an express service like Express or UPS - otherwise unnecessary customs fees will be charged, which we will not take over.
There is always a way and a solution.
